What can I do to help improve review quality?

Review Site is an open, community-based platform for sharing real reviews of online services. We believe that authentic reviews from actual customers are the best reflection of a company's service, and we encourage companies to let their customers review them.

Together with you, our community, we work hard to ensure that reviews are accurate and authentic.

Your help is invaluable, so if you see a company where you feel there could be doubt about the veracity or authenticity of a review, please send an email to and include a link to the company profile.

If you see a specific review that does not seem quite right, you can report it individually as well.

Will Review Sites reviews influence how high my website appears in Google Search Engine Results Pages (SERP)?

Google is the only one in control of what impacts search engine results. As a result, Review Site can't tell or promise you anything about how this link will impact your Search Engine Results Pages (SERP).

Where may Review Site reviews be seen in Google?

The reviews your customers publish on Review Sites may appear in 3 places:
• Google's normal organic search results
• oogle Shopping Merchant Reviews
• Google AdWords Merchant Reviews

The yellow star ratings in Google Shopping and Google AdWords are displayed through the Google Seller Rating Extensions.

Is there any economic benefit to using the Seller Rating Extensions?

Yes - According to Google - "On average, ads with Seller Ratings get a 17% higher CTR than the same ads without ratings." This means you increase the efficiency of your Google ads.
